What I built
Built a HIPAA-compliant ICU clinical documentation platform spanning voice AI, EHR integration, mobile (iOS via Capacitor), and full CI/CD infrastructure using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL on AWS.
Engineered a multi-provider LLM routing engine across Cerebras and AWS Bedrock with circuit breaker logic, exponential backoff, and per-call cost observability. Reduced CI pipeline runtime by 15+ minutes through path-based test filtering.
